Brevard Impact Fee

An article I ran across this evening with a small blurb about Renar. Things going the same around here, sadly nothing to report.

Downpayment.......payed

I stopped at Renar the other day and payed the rest of the downpayment. Nice to have that done. Found out the starting price for our house has gone up 10 thousand dollars, so we've made that much on our house already and its not even built yet. No news other than that. Cant wait for some action on the lot. Waiting sucks.
