House envy

Friends of ours live in apartments on the beach that are being demolished to make way for condos. They are renting at a discount with the knowledge they wont be there long. So the other day they realize they had better start looking for something else before they get the "get out or we'll run you over with our Caterpillar" letter. They looked last weekend, found a house in Titusville, and will most likely move in the end of April. Its just funny thats all. Building a home in this area is not for the impatient. You will likely renew your lease (if in an apartment, of course) during the wait to have it built. The plus to the situation, is that we have time to save for the move in. But so much time? I complain because I can, and I know you'll read about it.
